Note, in Quebec business contact information will qualify as personal information.
We also collect, use and share aggregated and anonymized data, such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose, including for research and development relating to BPTN products and services. Aggregated and anonymized data is not considered personal information as it does not reveal your identity.
Note on Research: If your non-identifiable data are used for research purposes, the limitation of liability and indemnity clauses contained within our Terms and Conditions are waived with respect to any harms suffered or liabilities incurred as a result of any research activities.
