When you sign up and are approved to become a CULTIVATE mentor, you’ll be placed in individual or group mentoring

The minimum requirement for mentors is that you meet with your mentee(s) for monthly, one hour sessions, for six months.

When you sign up for the CULTIVATE Mentorship Program, you’ll either be placed in individual or in group mentoring sessions.
