AI-Suggested Candidates: Partners can now access AI-suggested candidates after posting a job, typically within a few minutes. This feature enhances the talent sourcing process by presenting potential matches (on the Obsidi platform) to partners.

Recruiters can view the candidates profile and reach out to suggested candidates by messaging or connecting with them.

Reactions on Post: We have refreshed the designs for reactions on posts. The new look features an easy, one-click reactions icon that replaces the previous version, offering a smoother, more intuitive user experience.

Members can now search for specific sessions or tracks or speakers on the sessions page. This improvement makes it easier for members to find and save sessions they are interested in, enhancing navigation and user experience for BFUTR.

Members attending BFUTR can now access a detailed floor map of the event’s location, including room layouts, to easily navigate the space and locate sessions they’re interested in attending.
