Pings:

1. The Pings/Notification overlay UI has been revamped for a better user experience.

2. Pings/Notifications for reactions and comments on posts will now be grouped together, reducing the number of individual notifications. Members will receive a consolidated update when multiple reactions or comments occur on their posts, providing a cleaner and more organized notification experience.

3. Members can now see a purple dot icon to distinguish between read and unread notifications.

4. Members can delete individual notifications after reading them or at their convenience.

Events:

1. The events page now defaults to displaying upcoming events for a more streamlined experience.

Job Match Email Notifications for partners:

1. 24-Hour Job Match Notification: Partners will now receive a Job Match email notification 24 hours after posting an individual job, keeping them informed of potential candidate matches.

2. Bi-Weekly Job Match Notifications: Partners will receive a bi-weekly email notification (Friday morning) summarizing all jobs with matched candidates.

3. Monthly Job Match Notification: Partners will also receive a monthly job match email, encouraging them to explore Talent Finder feature for candidate opportunities.

Jobs:

1. The call-to-action button has been updated to ‘Login to apply’ on public jobs page. Members can log in to view job details before applying.

2. Applicant Tracking: Clicks on the “Apply Now” for job with external url will now count towards the total number of applicants for partner view, ensuring partners are informed on applicants page and can check candidate details on their job portal.

3. The reasoning behind suggested candidates is now displayed as bullet points, making it clearer and more concise for partners to understand the selection criteria.

4. The Suggested Candidates and Applicants pages have been enhanced for mobile browsers, ensuring a smoother and more user-friendly experience for partners accessing these features on the go.

5. A ‘Create Job’ button has been introduced on the Posted Jobs page, offering better accessibility for partners to easily post new jobs.

Other improvements:

1. The joining date stamp (month and year) is now visible on the member’s profile page, providing clear visibility of when member’s joined.
