BFUTR 2024 is open to professionals of all ages. However, some sessions may target specific age groups or career stages. For example, the BFUTR After Party Concert and BFUTR Turn Up! evening events are 19+ events. The Obsidi® community comprises Black tech professionals and allies who identify as mid-career, senior, or executive C-suite workers.
