The CULTIVATE mentorship program is open to:
- Those who reside in Canada and self-identify as Black and are between the ages of 18 and 29 years old.
- The minimum time commitment for the CULTIVATE mentorship program is six months with a possibility of continuing the mentorship relationship if both parties agree.
