Logged in? Yes.
- On the web, click on the drop down menu on the top right corner;
- On a mobile device, tap on your image on top left corner to view the menu then –
- select change password
- enter a new password
- confirm new password
- click submit.
Logged in? No.
- Click Member Login;
- Click forgot password;
- Enter your email and click send reset email;
- Check your email for a ‘please reset password’ notification from Obsidi by BPTN;
- Click reset password from the notification;
- Enter new password, confirm password and click submit.
