Last year, TD launched the Obsidi Academy with the Black Professionals in Tech Network (BPTN) to offer a technology bootcamp for Black-identified individuals. Since then, they have welcomed over 120 Obsidi Academy graduates into the Bank as full-time TD colleagues.
