The networking advantages of Obsidi have proven to be tremendously effective because, as the CEO of a management consulting firm (Olade Consulting Inc.), one of the biggest challenges I face in my chosen field is finding the right talent to connect with our clients. Being a member of Obsidi, I have had the pleasure of connecting with many talented professionals whom I can now call clients or those with whom I have forged partnerships.

United We Stand!
It's fantastic to be in the midst of people who look like me, where I will not be judged or labelled and where my language is understood. I no longer have an "accent". Wow! It's a liberating experience! We have a better chance of survival, recognition and acceptance if we stick together. The fight to propel Black success is ours, and we must own it!

I transitioned into a business developement role where I helped clients in the technology industry to recruit and hire diverse students including Black talent. I took the opportunity to further invest in the mentorship program Obsidi offered and it made all the difference.

It feels so good to see so many of us on this page working in tech!
It is a breath of fresh air. I'm so happy to have found this community!
