" I am excited to start a round of the CULTIVATE Mentorship Program Initiative with 4 very promising young professionals at @OBSIDI. #mentoring is not just a way to give back and help others grow. It's also a way to re-energize ourselves by reconnecting with the level of passion that we used to have at the beginning of our careers, and that sometimes gets lost in the way. "
